In early October, the rumors started flying, and the further you lived from Daytona International Speedway, the worse they got! Basically, they were all directed towards the demise of the Thanksgiving weekend Turkey Run. But as a 2004 attendee, I can assure you the Daytona Turkey Run is alive and well...and will be for many years to come!
